Please let me introduce myself.
Born in Vermont, but raised in Florida, I
always craved to return to the Green Mountain State. So, in
1981, Claire, the children and I made the move back to the
lush green and sometimes sparkling white vistas of the North
Country and have never looked back.
A graduate of Florida State University School
of Business, I have been an independent business person for
over 35 years and a 20 year veteran of the U. S. Navy and
Reserves. My life and business experience are at your service.
We are a small company by choice and can
give you a wealth of personal service far exceeding any big
franchise firm. We have become intimate with the Vermont community
and can guide you to the best of education, recreation, culture,
business and services.
We have extensive experience with the purchase
and sale of existing homes, land and commercial properties
and can help you navigate the maze of even the most complicated
real estate transaction.

degree in Nursing provided a beginning career and knowledge
that has been invaluable in raising two daughters, helping
with four grandchildren and volunteering in my community.
I have helped run our family businesses
for over 35 years, while at the same time serving my community
on numerous boards and committees. I am a member of the Addison
County Board of REALTORS® am currently the President of
the Addison County Board. I have been on the Board of Directors
and Executive Board for the Vermont Association of REALTORS®
for six years. I was appointed to a two year term as a Member
at Large. I am very proud to have been selected Realtor of
the Year by the Addison County Board of Realtors for 2004,
2005, and 2006 and am Vermont State Realtor of the Year for
2006..
I have taken training as a Buyer's Representative
"CBR" as a member of the Real Estate CyberSpace
Society. I am always current on ways to expand our normal high
standards of service with the very latest Internet and other
CyberSpace strategies and tools. I have advanced computer
skills to bring Vermont to you via the Internet, though not
forgetting the importance of personal communication. In 2007 I attained my Broker's license. Real

|  Let
me take you on a tour of the back roads of Vermont in search
of your dream Real Estate. Even though I was born in the most
Southern point of the United States (Key West, Florida) I
believe my most informative years have been in the great state
of Vermont.
I have lived in just about all four corners
of the state with most of it being in Central Vermont. I began
in Addison County and then spent ten years in the Mad River
Valley. I am now back in Addison County and married to my
soul mate, Lance Laliberte. We are raising our two daughters,
Tatum and Reese, in the same area I grew up as well as working
with the best leaders in business and life I have ever had...
my Parents, Tom and Claire.
My first employment experience started when
I worked for my parents when I was twelve at the "Famous"
Village Creeme Stand in Bristol. (Village Creeme Stand will
celebrate its 26th season in 2007 and was recently featured
in Vermont Life as "Vermont's Favorite Ice Cream Stand".)
After college I worked in many other small businesses over
the years scattered throughout the state. Therefore, with
the places I have traveled, the people I have met and the
knowledge I have gained in this great state, I feel I can
make your journey enjoyable through the back roads of Vermont
and give you successful experience with the process of finding
and obtaining your own piece of Vermont Real Estate.

major routes 7, 116, and/or 17.
From stop light go East one quarter mile through town
on Rt 116 & Rt 17 to Mountain Street. Take left on Mountain Street.
Take your next (quick) right onto Mountain Terrace. The office of Wallace
Realty LLC is the first home on the left.
