My degree in Nursing provided a beginning career and knowledge that has been invaluable in raising two daughters, helping with four grandchildren who all live in Bristol and volunteering in my community.  I have helped run our family businesses for over 40 years, while at the same time serving my community on numerous boards and committees.

In addition to Real Estate we have owned the Village Creeme Stand in Bristol since 1982. I am currently (2017) President of the New England Real Estate Network NEREN which is our MLS provider. I am a member of the Addison County Board of REALTORS® and am a past president of the Addison County Board. I am very proud to have been selected Realtor of the Year by the Addison County Board of REALTORS® for 2004, 2005, and 2006 and was the Vermont State REALTOR® of the Year for 2006.  I have been involved with Vermont Realtors® for many years and served as President in 2013.  I was proud to be elected as National Association of Realtors (NAR) Director for 2014, 2015, and 2016 to represent Vermont.

I have traveled the state showing and listing properties and working on behalf of Vermont Realtors® so I know my way around Vermont’s amazingly beautiful back roads and by ways. I like to say I am never lost in Vermont, I am just on “Scenic Detours” and I would love to have the privilege of taking you a on tour to your dream property.

I love technology and strive to keep Wallace Realty up to date in the world of Social Media to help you with your home search or sale.   I have advanced computer skills to bring Vermont to you via the Internet, though not forgetting the importance of personal communication. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and provide services to Buyers and Sellers in VT with particular interest in Lake Champlain and surrounding areas including, but not limited to Addison, Chittenden and Washington Counties. Real Estate is about Community and I love selling the Community of Vermont a yard at a time.
