Let me take you on a tour of the back roads of Vermont in search of your dream Real Estate. I have lived in just about all four corners of the state, most of which are in Central Vermont. I began in Addison County and shared time in the Mad River Valley. I am married to my sole mate Lance and have raised two daughters, Tatum and Reese, in the same area where we grew up, working with the best leaders in business and life I have ever had: my Parents, Tom and Claire. After the sudden death of my Dad, Tom, in October of 2023, I am now the sole proprietor of Wallace Realty, and this Summer, my daughter Reese will become a third-generation Realtor in our family.

After college, I worked in many other small businesses scattered throughout the state. Therefore, with the places I have traveled, the people I have met, and the knowledge I have gained in this great state, I feel I can make your journey through the back roads of Vermont enjoyable and give you a successful experience in finding and obtaining your piece of Vermont Real Estate.
